Reservation Fees

We are always accepting new reservations for future litters.

A $500 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your place on our priority list. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy.

Please only place a deposit if you are serious about bringing home a puppy within the next 24 months.

Priority List

It is never too early to join our priority list if you are interested in a puppy from Cavaliers of Healdsburg.

Families on our list receive:

• Updates on planned litters
• Pregnancy announcements
• Puppy availability notifications
• Photos and videos of litters as they grow

Priority is generally determined by:

• Deposit date
• Puppy preferences
• Timing and flexibility

Families with more flexible preferences may receive a puppy sooner than those waiting for a very specific gender, color, or timing.

Puppy Selection Process

We provide regular photo and video updates as puppies grow and develop.
You can also select your puppy from the available puppies. If you find your preference there, you can reserve the puppy and we staart the arragements for you to get the puppy immedietly.

Puppy selections are generally made once puppies are old enough for temperament and development evaluations. Selection order is based on reservation order and confirmed interest in a specific litter.

We are happy to help guide families toward puppies that best fit their lifestyle and preferences.

Because young puppies are vulnerable to illness, we do not allow public puppy visits prior to vaccinations.

Visitations

Approved families may be invited to visit their chosen puppy after the puppies have received their first vaccinations, typically around 6–7 weeks of age.

For the health and safety of our puppies:

• Please avoid pet stores, dog parks, shelters, or high-traffic animal areas before visiting
• Hands must be sanitized before handling puppies
• Shoes may need to be removed before entering puppy areas

Our dogs are raised in our home, not in a commercial kennel facility. Because of this, we do not allow unscheduled visits, tours, or public browsing appointments.

Final Payments

Final payment for your puppy is due prior to pickup or delivery arrangements.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer
• Certified funds
• Other approved payment methods

Delivery or transportation fees are separate from the puppy purchase price and are paid directly to the transportation provider when applicable.

Refund Policy

Reservation deposits are non-refundable.

After your puppy goes home, you must schedule a veterinary wellness exam within 72 hours.

If a licensed veterinarian identifies a life-threatening congenital condition during that period, the puppy may be returned for a refund according to the terms outlined in our purchase agreement.

Transportation or delivery fees are non-refundable.

Puppy Pickup

Puppies are typically ready to go home around 8–10 weeks of age depending on development and individual readiness.

Pickup dates will be scheduled in advance with each family.

Families are welcome to:

• Pick up their puppy in person
• Fly in and travel home with their puppy
• Arrange delivery through our approved transportation service

Delivery & Transportation

We proudly work with families throughout the United States.

We use a reputable and experienced pet transportation company to safely deliver puppies when needed. Transportation is arranged carefully to ensure your puppy’s comfort and well-being throughout the journey.

Flight nanny and hand-delivery options may also be available depending on location and scheduling.

Returns & Rehoming

If circumstances ever change and you are unable to keep your dog, we ask that you contact us immediately.

We are always willing to help assist with rehoming or taking back one of our dogs if necessary. Our puppies are lifelong commitments, and we care deeply about their well-being throughout their lives.

Refunds are not offered beyond the initial health guarantee period unless otherwise stated in our contract.

Breeding Rights

All pet puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter agreement.

Breeding rights may be considered only for approved breeding programs at an additional cost. Approval is granted selectively and based on program standards and compatibility with our breeding philosophy.
